Address from the President
On April 1, 2006, Koizumi Sangyo Corp. spun its lighting and furniture businesses off into separate companies respectively and established Koizumi Lighting Technology Corp. and Koizumi Furnitech Corp. as individual business corporations.
In addition, our company has become a holding company for 11 business corporations including new companies, meaning our whole group has started new group consolidated management as the Koizumi Sangyo Corp. Group.
The company aims to rapidly develop and propose more attractive products as well as services to customers by establishing optimized management systems, matching the characteristic features of each business field, in which each company implements further improvement in our overall business expertise as well as enhancing business operational mobility based on an independent backbone through the introduction of this new system.
The company also strives to enhance the value of our group company by implementing a more dynamic business operation, creating new values in the professional discipline of each company.
Furthermore, in the course of promoting the aforementioned activities, we pledge to reinforce CSR activities throughout our corporate activities to fulfill our social responsibilities, including compliance and global environment preservation.
Our group will continue to strive to propose affluent and comfortable living with our new focal points as well as unique ideas, all with customer satisfaction in mind.
